grace

There are several different definitions of grace. I like to think of it as the purest form of unconditional love, or divine love. It's not possible to ask God for too much love.  We sometimes are too tired to give unconditional love to our children, often as children we would act out at the worst possible times. As humans, we often are clueless about how to show the love to another, we are often too busy trying to get our needs met. It is only thru grace that our love may rise to a level that can heal the hurts of the world.

As you let grace into your heart, you can begin to see it's potential to heal the body as well as well as the heart (your emotional heart ). For the purposes of this article, grace and the holy spirit within your heart are essentially felt as the same thing. In our minds, we may make a distinction, but our hearts experience both of them as divine love. The research going into the effect of the spirit on the body is fascinating. Deepak Chopra is one of the most knowledgeable people interested in this phenomenon.
